The service

Agent App is a personal AI assistant that you interact with over text message. By creating an account or texting the service you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and the owner or authorized user of the phone number you register.

Text messaging terms

By opting in you consent to receive automated text messages from Agent App at the number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out; you will receive one final confirmation message. Reply HELP for help or email support@theagentapp.ai. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to send unlawful, abusive, or harmful content, to attempt to access other users' data, or to interfere with the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

AI generated content

Replies are generated by an AI model and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Do not rely on the service for medical, legal, financial, or emergency advice, and verify important information independently.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided as is without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Agent App is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms and will post the new date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
